Mission Statement
Our mission is to help individuals and organizations navigate work, life, and health by providing superior counseling and consulting services.

Vision Statement
Lytle EAP Partners’ vision is to be the provider of choice for organizations and individuals seeking responsive and distinctive health and wellness services.

Core Values
Excellence - Superior service at all times
Integrity - Steadfast adherence to honest and ethical principles
Compassion - Understanding of the human condition with a commitment to respond empathetically

Philosophy
Our staff always strives to bring their best to assist our individual and organizational clients.

In light of that, Lytle EAP Partners chose the “swish” logo which was inspired by the Yurok Indian Brush Dance ceremony. This is a healing ceremony in which all participating bring their best to help the person in need.

This symbol embodies our philosophy of helping individuals and organizations navigate work, life, and health.

FACT: Improving a person’s emotional health lowers overall healthcare utilization. A Portland State University study found that employees who received assistance for emotional problems experienced:

  • 77.9% drop in average length of hospital stays
  • 66.7% drop in the frequency of hospitalizations
  • 48.6% drop in the number of prescriptions used
  • 47.1% drop in physician office visits
  • 45.3% drop in emergency room visits

FACT: EAP services produce positive clinical change, improvements in employee absenteeism, productivity and turnover, and savings in medical, disability or workers’ compensation claims.
