How to Have the Difficult Conversation About Drugs at Work

The workplace can be an important and effective place to address drug and alcohol abuse issues.  Many individuals and families face a variety of difficulties closely related to substance abuse, and these problems quite often spill over into the workplace. According to The National Council of Alcoholism and Drug Dependence research reports that alcohol and drug treatment pays for itself in reduced healthcare costs that begin as soon as people begin recovery.
