FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

It is a great honor to have been named one of the Best Places to Work for the third consecutive year, said a member of the Lytle Leadership Team. “Our culture of mutual respect and teamwork means that we celebrate our professional and personal accomplishments together, and this award is shared by everyone in our firm. It is truly a pleasure coming to work every day.”

Lytle EAP was honored at the Pittsburgh Business Time’s annual event at the Westin Convention Center Hotel. Winners were determined through a statewide survey which was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Western Pennsylvania, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Western Pennsylvania. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics. The second part of the process consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined score determined the top companies and the final ranking.

Lytle EAP helps individuals and organizations navigate work, life, and health by providing “hands on” services that help organizations manage their people and the people to help manage their lives. Our new model Employee Assistance Program integrates EAP and health care advocacy (Personal Health Partners).
