Leanne Cosumano-Roque, PCC

Leanne specializes in coaching for senior executives, attorneys, and scientists. She provides coaching skills training and mentoring for leaders and coaches who want to make a difference, to help them be powerful, and effective.

Leanne’s clients are involved in international, multi-cultural, or cross-disciplinary work focused on complex matters that require the ability to bring together many pieces and create a unified whole. She works with scientific, technical, legal, and other subject matter expert professionals who move into leadership roles.

Her clients complete coaching, coach training, and coach mentoring with new, effective ways of interacting with the world. Her clients report increased influence in their leadership circle, the ability to relax, and improved team relations. Leanne is an accomplished executive, professionally trained coach, and business owner, and was a successful attorney and an award-winning supervisor and leader of multi-disciplinary government teams. She is a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute’s Leadership for a Democratic Society program, a Distinguished Toastmaster, a facilitator for the Strengths Deployment Inventory, and a qualified administrator and interpreter of the Myers-Briggs Type Instrument. She is also an avid practitioner of yoga, student of ancient texts, and parent.

Laura Crooks, RN, BCC

Laura is an Registered Nurse who left patient care and became a certified wellness coach because she believes that proactive self-care is the key to health and wellness.

With her unique combination of coaching and education she works with driven professionals who have lifestyle imbalance by helping them add self-care to their healthcare. Through simple lifestyle changes they can better manage their heart disease, diabetes, and improve their energy, mood, health and wellness.

Chronic stress is at the root of chronic diseases and therefore, managing stress is a crucial part of Laura’s philosophy, as is the interplay between sleep, stress, thoughts, eating, exercise, and happiness (which is fully explained in her book Wellness Made Simple).

Her education includes a BSN from University of Michigan, MEd from Penn State, wellness coach training and certification from Wellcoaches, Board Certified Coach with specialty designation of wellness coach through the Center for Credentialing and Education.  She is a speaker, author, educator, and coach.

Brenda DeCroo, ACC

Brenda is a business and leadership coach who works with individuals to create greater personal and professional success. Brenda’s clients excel when they release the patterns and limitations that hold them back and embrace their strengths.  Her clients gain clarity, master their challenges, take effective action and discover how to consistently contribute their greatest gifts.

Brenda is a certified Core Values coach, using powerful tools that enable her clients to recognize their unique significance, step into authentic expression, and experience the joy that comes from undertaking their life’s work.

Brenda is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Brenda earned her MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and her BS in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.

After more than 20 years in a successful corporate finance career, Brenda decided to follow her heart. She created a business that aligns with her purpose of service to others and utilizes her distinctive capabilities of listening and seeing the treasure in everyone she meets.

Librada Estrada, MPH, CHES, CPCC, ACC

Librada is a Certified Professional Co-Active (CPCC) Coach through the Coaches Training Institute and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation. Additionally, she is certified to administer several leadership assessment tools, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the EQ-i2.0®, and The Leadership CircleTM. She is a trained in-person and virtual facilitator on Technology of Participation (ToP) methodology and is a member of the 2016 ToP Network Board of Directors.

Librada holds a Master’s in Public Health from The George Washington University School of Public Health and Health Services, with an emphasis in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, and is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Boston University. A native Tejana, she lives in Springfield, Virginia with her husband and two children where she is an active member of her church and volunteers in her local elementary school.

Maura Fredericks, ACC

Maura is a skilled business and leadership coach working with organizational leaders to create thriving businesses. She helps her clients separate emotions from facts to create mutually rewarding resolutions to conflict; manage diverging expectations between teams; and communicate openly and collaboratively with their peers and managers alike.

Maura spent 25+ years working across multiple industries, so she has a keen understanding of how business works and organizations function. Maura’s clients will say she has helped them learn how to have conversations that advance their ideas, how to balance their ambitions with the needs of their organization, and how to manage across the organization with influence and authority. Maura holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Maura earned a master’s degree in Education and Human Resource Development from The George Washington University, and a Bachelors of Business Administration from James Madison University.

Brenda Harrington, ACC

Brenda provides leadership coaching and consulting services to help clients transition successfully to new professional roles and environments. Her operational career includes management positions with Mobil Oil and AT&T, as well as an executive leadership position with a Washington, DC area management and consulting firm. Brenda’s experiential knowledge and experience informs her work with corporate, non-profit and government organizations.

Brenda’s work with a new client starts with learning about their beliefs and meeting each person where they are to help them develop the behaviors and habits most critical to their success. She works with clients one-on- one, in cohorts and as teams to leverage foundational capabilities as they learn to refine and develop their unique professional identity and leadership style. As a Moderator on the Global Delivery Team for Harvard Business Publishing (HBP), Brenda facilitates leadership development courses for HBP corporate clients. She also directs the Northern Virginia Chapter of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) Forum, a national thought leadership organization that focuses on peer-to-peer professional development for second-in- command executives. An area of specialization is global talent mobility and relocation, where the company focuses on challenges associated with international work assignments that can interfere with the achievement of business objectives. Her insights on relocation have been featured in The New York Times, US News & World Report and CNN Money Magazine and the International HR Adviser.

Brenda received her Certification for Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. She holds a Master’s Degree from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business, and a Bachelor’s Degree from Adelphi University. She is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) at the ACC level, and is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) with the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council. Brenda is also certified to administer a series of assessments and 360 surveys used for recruiting and candidate selection, human capital development, team building and management evaluation.

Tom Murphy, BCC

Tom conducts specialized consulting, coaching, and training internationally and across the U.S. to both the public and private sector. His experience includes the leadership of county, state, and national programs for employees across many professions. He has extensive experience in the development of early, mid-level and senior leadership in federal agencies, social service and health care organizations, He specializes in resiliency and career re-engagement assessment, training and coaching for employees, leaders, and their families.

Tom is a member of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA, President, Treasurer, Chesapeake Chapter, MD), and member of the Institute of Coaching Profession. He has a Master’s degree in Counseling and Human Development, is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional by the Employee Assistance Certification Commission, a Nationally Certified Counselor by the National Board of Clinical Counselors, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor by the State of Florida, and a Board Certified Coach, NBCC/CCE.

Eileen T. O’Grady, Ph.D., RN, NP

Dr. Eileen O’Grady is certified Nurse Practitioner and Wellness Coach who uses an evidence-based approach with people to reverse or entirely prevent disease.  She believes deeply that more attention must be paid to getting us unstuck from lifestyles that do not support wellness.  She is an expert on intentional change in humans –with an emphasis on the importance of extreme self-care and how to identify and remedy a life that is out of balance.

Dr. O’Grady has practiced as a primary care provider for 15 years and has clinical expertise in primary care and sports medicine.  She has authored numerous articles and chapters on coaching, patient engagement, primary care, orthopedics, and health policy.  Recently she edited and authored two textbooks, Advanced Practice Nursing: An Integrative Approach and Policy and Politics in Nursing and Health Care.   She has taught nurses and physicians around the United States as well as around the world with the U.S. Peace Corps.

Dr. O’Grady holds three graduate degrees, a Master of Public Health from George Washington University, a Master of Science in Nursing and a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing/Health Policy from George Mason University. She has dual citizenship in Ireland and the United States.

Jo Ann Skinner, BCC, ACAC

Jo Ann works with innovative and resourceful individuals who want to become more effective, efficient and competent in all areas of their lives.  She works from a strength based coach approach that fosters resiliency and a positive growth mindset.  Jo Ann has supported dozens of individuals ranging from adolescents on the brink of transitioning into college to rising executives looking to increase productivity, improve time management skills, or discover a more rewarding work-life balance. She devotes herself to being an exceptional coach. Learning is a lifetime passion. She continually studies the latest research on brain development, ADHD, executive functions, work/life balance issues, and all aspects of well-being.

Jo Ann achieved the Professional Certified Coach credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the designation of Certified ADHD Coach (ACAC) and is a Board Certified Coach (BCC).  Her professional experience includes working in large international corporations, starting her own successful businesses, and working as an educational advocate in Northern Virginia.  Jo Ann’s training includes George Mason University’s Advanced Coaching Program for Leadership and Well-Being and VIA Institute on Character.  She currently trains new coaches and teaches the business building class for JST Coaching and Training in Alexandria, VA.

Alexis Sullivan, ACC

Alexis Sullivan is a personal and professional coach who loves partnering with people to help them achieve results while bringing balance and fulfillment into their lives. She works with people who want to accomplish more at work and at home through leading intentional, meaningful lives.

Alexis has over 25 years of leadership experience bringing out the best in people to deliver results and manage change in organizations. She has worked within corporate, public and nonprofit organizations in the United States and Europe and is adept at leading people and teams to add value through focused and effective performance. Alexis coaches people holistically, helping them to accomplish more with a true sense of well-being.
