Sharon Batiste-McEwen, PHR, SHRM-CP

Sharon has more than 20 years of experience in HR administration and operations management at senior and executive levels. She is a generalist who has managed both domestic and international HR teams. Sharon has developed and communicated policies to employees at all levels of organizations. Ms. Batiste McEwen has received specialized training in business management, dispute resolution and mediation, training and facilitation, customer service, and HR compliance.

Over the course of her successful career Ms. Batiste McEwen has been involved in all aspects of HR management including: policy development and communication, performance management, training, budgeting, compensation administration, recruitment, benefits administration, employee retention and incentive programs, employee and labor relations and complaint resolution. She has managed local and federal compliance programs domestically and internationally.

Adam Calli, SPHR

Adam has over 17 years of comprehensive experience in all aspects of progressive human resource management, in such diverse environments as government contracting, television production, commercial banking, hospitality, and multi-client outsourced HR support. He has overseen all aspects of talent development and evaluation processes, targeted employee recruitment, orientation, retention and training systems, job classification, benchmarking, HR business and strategic planning, and compensation, benefits administration and compliance.

In addition, he has extensive experience with the development, refinement and implementation of progressive and innovative personnel and employee relations policies and procedures. Adam has proven to be very adept at developing and integrating HR strategies, policies and progressive systems across multiple locations to creatively address each of his employer’s unique needs.

Amber Chamberlain, M.Ed.

Amber is a talent engagement and well-being speaker, management consultant, and writer. She has over 25 years as a licensed behavioral health clinician in employee assistance, managed care, hospitals, and Department of Defense Quality of Life work.

Amber brings a broad set of healthcare industry expertise and capability to help meet the contemporary well-being needs expressed by today’s companies and their employees.  In addition to organizational talent well-being assessment and consultation, she offers private individual work life well-being consultation across the United States. Amber often integrates neuroscience, mindfulness, and other well-being approaches into her service design and delivery.

Barbara Mitchell

Barbara is an author, speaker, business coach, and human resources and organization development consultant. Most of her human resources career was in senior leadership positions with Marriott International and Human Genome Sciences. In 1998, she co-founded The Millennium Group International LLC, which was sold in 2008 after ten successful years in business in the organizational development, leadership development and human resources consulting arenas. She now is Managing Partner of a consulting practice focused on helping organizations hire, engage and retain the best talent possible. Barbara co-authored The Essential Workplace Conflict Handbook, The Big Book of HR and The Essential Human Resources Handbook and has contributed to three other business and human resource related books. She is a frequent speaker at local, regional, and national conferences.

Dr. Allan Pass

Dr. Allan D. Pass is an organizational consultant to major corporations and senior management teams in areas of crisis intervention/management, personal and corporate threat analysis and resolution and employee pre-employment assessments.

Dr. Pass has been directly involved in taking companies public through the IPO process and also instrumental in the strategic restructuring of corporations to significantly  increase profitability and market share thereby increasing share holder value.

Also, he is a recognized mental health expert who has testified in both state and federal court jurisdictions. He has been the primary hostage negotiator with various law enforcement agencies.  His Ph.D is in Mental Health counseling with a specialty in Forensic Mental Health.  Allan is state licensed and board certified in Maryland and Pennsylvania. He is also a published author in forensic science topics.

Dr. Pass is a frequent lecturer and trainer at the Dr. Cyril Wecht Institute of Forensic Science & the Law, an internationally recognized forensics institute located on the campus of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pa  where he is also a member of the Board of Directors.
