The Lytle Family of Companies was established by Steven E. Lytle over 20 years ago to meet the growing need to provide strategic Human Resource consulting to the business community. We currently maintain four offices located in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Maryland. As our client base grew, Lytle diversified its offerings to meet the ever-evolving issues facing business leaders. Lytle EAP Partners is an independent consulting and service organization that provides development, implementation, and administration of employee and membership assistance programs, substance abuse professional services, work/life programs, legal and financial services, critical incident stress debriefings and training and development seminars.

Lytle Behavioral Health
Lytle Behavioral Health’s Private Practice Services offers professional services and administrative support to private practice clinicians. We also offer professional office space. Lytle Behavioral Health’s Private Practice professionals are committed to helping clinicians enhance and develop their practice by operating more efficiently, increasing their bottom line and quality of their professional and personal life. Our services provide the tools required for successful independent practice management.

Lytle Behavioral Health also administers a Driving Under the Influence Program. This program provides clients with Court Reporting Network (CRN), Highway Safety Classes, and Group Intervention Programs.

Lytle Drug Testing Services, Inc. has been providing drug and alcohol testing programs and management services for over 15 years for regulated and non-regulated organizations throughout the United States. Our professionals will guide organizations in the development, implementation, and management of drug and alcohol testing programs.

Cambridge Investigative Services
Cambridge Investigative Services provides consultative and investigative services to individuals, corporations and legal clients. Cambridge is dedicated to insuring that parties who are victimized in any manner have the resources available to them for resolution. Cambridge Investigative Services’ staff includes a retired Detective Sergeant with 25 years of police experience.
